2. Different names: If name of candidate is different than the name of the account holder.
3. Different emails: If email of candidate is different than the email used for payment processor (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
4. Wrong purchase. Slick Global will not entertain any claims once the incorrect product is purchased.
5. Expired order(s). You can not claim money back.
